The reception staff were so helpful and kind. It was great value for money. We also really liked the shower heads and the ability to cook a BBQ by the the pool with lots of seating for our big family

It is a bit dated in the rooms, but because it was clean I did not mind.

check in was fast and easy, close to the cbd and RSL for meals and entertainment, room was quite ok, with airconditioning working well in very hot conditions, pool was good and clean, staff were very friendly, we thought it was quite good value

finding stale bread pieces in two draws when we arrived was complete failure to us and cant be un derestimated, doesnt show much for the housekeeping, put a damper on our stay

place is great .i have'nt been to any place like that .because swiming pool and the parcola its perfect for my family to eat all together .I will come back .❤️❤️

Great location in town

Bathroom floors were filthy - Spa was putrid. Like really dirty n fatty I scrubbed it myself 3times with cleaning products. Bathroom wasn't clean anywher really. . We're very very disappointed with Rh Bathroom.. broom walls in showers n the entire bathroom wasn't clean..the cleaner hadn't wiped the kitchen table either. .. N the Netflix . & Internet didn't work at all..

Pool havent been cleaned for a year. We asked them and they offered to clean it but never did. BBQ was very dirty ; outdoor spa was actually brown from how dirty it was ; microwave cord could not reach the plug so we had to carry it and put it on the dinning table to be able to use it ( did the same for the toaster and jug )

COMFY D>BED...DRINKS COULD BE PURCHASED AT OFFICE. TV HAD NETFLIX..

Heating/cooling was rather complicated...but Reception was quick to help out..

The room was at the back away from the main traffic noise. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location,spotlessly clean, good hot shower,friendly staff

The Wi-Fi was terrible.In this day and age motels have to have good reliable W-Fi connection,this was not the case in room 9. Had to stand in the car park to send and receive emails or make facetime calls to family.This is my only fault of Courtyard Motor Inn.I would stay here again "IF" Wi-Fi improved.
