Amazing hotel ! Everything was perfect! +location (at the heart of Macao’s cotai strip) +room was very spacious and comfortable +spa was on point +Michelin restaurant (Chinese) was top And most importantly guest relations , beyond amazing , special thanks to Noémie Duron who made sure everything was going smoothly.

Room service was ok, but pizza’s were very bad , however Chinese specialities were good. Just a little thing.

Exceptional staff everywhere. Vanessa at front desk particularly helpful sorting out something urgent for us. Breakfast so good. Lovely pool area. Location excellent, linked up to all the major casino hotels, but still very quiet and low key.

it is amazing service provided from Four season. Upgrade us to a beautiful suit and help me to re-arrange birthday cake and resturants. This trip is memerable for me and my wife. Thanks to Merci Leung at the reception and show us the room and facilities. As well as Venpan, who assist me with all the booking online and pre-arrangements. Appreciated for great services.

everything is good, but you should explain to guest when is check-in, how to use every thing in the room, some thing i confused to used

I was impressed with the check-in process. We arrived early on a busy Easter Sunday so I knew we would not be able to get into our room. But Becky provided excellent tips on places to see during our visit, and took our bags so we did not need to lug them to a valet for storage. She also personally showed us how to get to the Venetian. The warm welcome made me glad I booked Four Seasons Macau over other nearby hotels. The upstairs room hallways are bright and luxurious, and our room was immaculate, spacious and welcoming. I swam in the one heated pool around 5pm, which was comfortable and not crowded. I also booked massages in the spa and was really happy to get a late evening booking. Oftentimes spas are closed then. The couples treatment room had a hot filled jacuzzi and steam room ready for our use. The therapists were skilled and the massage table and room amenities were great. Best way to end the day!

The only challenge during our stay was getting taxis. On a busy holiday, they were in short supply and there is no hotel shuttle to the ferry at Cotai or other destinations. We walked wherever possible. I also found the Macau Taxi app very useful to hire cabs.
