The location

- There was No fridge in the room - extra sofa bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable - service room was not properly done - service during a breakfast was not the best

Great location for those who come to do tests at Wielkoszyński medical center. There is a restaurant at the hotel with reasonable prices and friendly waiters, and the food is ok.

The room looks better in the photo than in real life. Also, there were stains on the curtains and not a very clean toilet. Poor breakfast.

The staff, food, breakfast, room and overall cleanliness of the hotel. Good location as well for us.

Doors closing are quite loud which is fine during day but at night with people coming back to there room can be annoying.

The staff was super nice

The room itself was clean but the bedding smelled like an old granny's house, there was a pubic hair under my pillow. The bedding wasn't changed between nights nor were the towels I was left to use the same ones 3 days in a row. Every morning 7am a wake up by a herd of people running for breakfast which i refused to purchase for 34pln per person as its a joke of a price. No kettle/coffee maker or an iron in the room.

Highly recommended hotel in Dabrowa. You will not regret this. Nice staff. Clean and quiet room. 100% recommended

Kind personnel, with much higher knowledge of English language than average in the area (either at the hotel reception or the restaurant). They also prepared a lunch box for me the day I left (really early). Clean rooms, tiny but appreciable gym, great breakfast (who loves italian espresso will miss it anyway). I'd come back for sure!

Pillows too much thin and soft(I tried 2 piled up but they were uncomfortable as well)...even if this is a defect of many hotels all over the world.

breakfast was rubbish, never topped up the food. no variety at all. we also had a leaking air con unit and one lady at reception was extremely unhelpful

We have arrived at late - 23:00 and were met by the friendly administrator at the reception, who was speaking english. Room was quiet, clean. Good parking at the backyard of the hotel. Very tasty breakfast, a lot dishes to choose from.
