central, clean & comfortable

Beautiful little town house, perfect location, right in the centre of town. Lovely comfortable rooms with their own ensuites. Great front room, wifi access. Large table to eat from in kitchen, fully equiped kitchen.

Only a couple of things, no broom or hoover to tidy up after ourselves over a weeks stay, and no instructions for rubbish bags. Some things like hairbrush, tissues from previous guests were under furniture.

Comfortable town house with all bedrooms en-suite, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Excellent location within the town on a very quiet one way street.

The location was excellent and the included parking permit a bonus, although we were lucky enough to find on street parking for a few days. The house was comfortable and well equipped for our needs.

Location was fabulous for access to centre of Dartmouth and BRNC within 10mins walking distance. Lounge very comfortable and fresh flowers on arrival made us feel very welcome. Tastefully decorated. Large bedroom top floor excellent size. All beds were comfortable, Plenty of hot water available for showers. Kitchen adequately stocked with necessary pots and selection of glasses for group of 6.

Ensuite for twin room was compact with no window.

Location was excellent and as we managed to get parked we used all the local transport to get to steam train & Paignton (ferry from pier) Brixham (bus from Kingswere) and pleasant walk to Dartmouth Castle with small boat ferry back to pier (passing the Mermaid). Would also recommend walking on to Berry Head Hotel in Brixham to enjoy a drink or lunch in their garden overlooking the bay.

Didn't at any point see the owners. Not feeling too secure with a door code that was printed in the information booklet, therefore probably known by many. Would have liked a deadlock door key which could be optional to use or not if party was large and needed the flexibility of only door code for access.

All good but as other properties stairs steep but care needed

Location was good as were kitchen and lounge facilities. The main bedroom was good but the other double bedroom was quite cramped. Really enjoyed our stay though and would use the property again probably as a couple rather than 4. There is some building work going on in an adjacent property which created a lot of noise on the day we left and may be a problem for guests staying during the week. There is nothing that the owners can do about this however but it will almost certainly cause issues with some guests. The noise was very loud on Monday from power tools and music. The host was a delight to deal with at all times.

Excellent house, accommodation and location. The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Car park was close by so not a problem. Really enjoyed our stay and fortunately the weather was mostly on our side.

The location was convenient with no good views. We were lucky as the pub right next to the house was closed.

The top master bedroom which we used is a good size room with an extremely small bathroom. The little window, if open lets in a very strong sewage smell from outside. The sheets and towels were very old. A small quantity of soap, shampoo in a shower would be very welcomed in the first morning upon the arrival. There was one half used toilet paper roll hanging and only one additional one for a week.As there were three of us we were not supposed to use anything in the third bedroom, which is btw purely for children use only. The carpet is clean but steps under the carpet are not in a good state and need repairs. Those steps could be dangerous for some guests. The kitchen had only four dishwashing tablets for 7 days. No paper towel . As we arrived at the time when restaurants were closed a small touch of additional hospitality would be very welcomed : a small bottle of cooking oil , a bit of bread, coffee, milk . A cottage is conveniently placed but offers no court yard , no garden nor views.
