Perfect location to explore Hakata central. Within walking distance to Hakata station that offered a maze of shops and restaurants. Room was comfortable although the double bed seemed smaller than usual. We also stayed in a different hotel for the same trip to have a different experience. Will likely book this again if we come again.

Location is just next to JR Hakata Station which has shopping malls, so don’t need to worry about food and transport!
Breakfast buffet variety is very little. Same menu everyday for the 4 days when I’m there.

Room a bit small. queen size bed is small. bathtub is slippery so the elderly be careful.

Room size was small at only 204 sq ft. Not much room to move about and open luggage.

Location location location. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Fukuoka...which is going to be sooner 👌
Late check out is not allowed, but as is most hotels in Japan, I suppose. We had to repack in the lobby for whatever last minute shopping we had to do during the free time til our return flight.

Bathroom was spotless.
The housekeepers did not replace the mugs with clean ones. They kept leaving the dirty cups behind the entire stay. The carpet is a bit old.
