اخذت شقه مقابل البحر الغروب كان خيالي والشقه مريحه من ناحيه الخدمات متوفر كل شي فيها ومرتبه ونظيفه والدخول والخروج سريع جدا والاستقبال واسع وكبير

الفندق مستهلك قليلا لكن مقابل الخدمات المقدمه لا يؤثر في الاستمتاع والراحه .

الموقع ممتاز و الافطار متنوع كما اشكر الفندق كثيرا فقد تم ترقية الغرفه الى جناح و كانت رائحة المكان جميلة

لم تعجبني رائحة و لون غطاء و لحاف السرير 😕

The facilities are OK the location is the best rooms spacious and well laid out and the staff are exceptional especially Mr samuel.

The decor is old need's updating for the price they charge should be better.and booking communication needs to be improved my room was changed without my knowledge Mr Samuel tried his best to compensate which was very nice of him .

There’s no hot chocolate in breakfast.

Excellent value for money and both lunch and breakfast were amazing ! So much choice.

Minor thing, people leaving their towels to book a seat while they are having breakfast is ridiculous.

They have long period of time for every meal.

After 8pm, when the pool is already close, nothing else to do in the hotel... I got stung also by a jellyfish in the beach for less than 1 hour I stayed in the water.

The staff were really kind and helpful. Breakfast and food in general were ok.

The hotel is really old and many things were broken in the room. Seats at the pool were very limited and so close to each other it would be uncomfortable if people sit next to you. Pool size is decent but during high seasons will be so crowded. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee to use it. There was no carpet in the room when you slightly open the balcony door for seconds the floor became too humid and slippery. There was no indoor smoking place.

5* Inside and Outside. Very Professional staff.

You should promote that " sandwriting" available at the beach. It is such a cool thing to surprise your loved ones. Putting a note at the spa desk or reception to inform that it is available... 3 rd time here in the last 2 years the food we get is extremely delicious but variety of main courses could be slightly bigger for the European taste. The hot desert "Umm Ali" is very tasty but boring to have everyday.
