The breakfast was excellent. Everything was fresh and delicious, the coffee great. The bed was nice and not too soft, there was some storage space for clothes and bathrobes. The outdoor pool was a great addition to the otherwise small spa area. There were some parking spaces right in front of the hotel and we managed to get one, so that was nice. Great location, basically right next to the main restaurants, close to the castle as well.

No mini fridge in the room, no place to dry swimwear, the drain of the sinks/shower seemed clogged, no AC in the room, very small spa area (especially compared to Grand Rose or GOSpa), the receptionists came off as annoyed. I'd imagine the room would heat up to an uncomfortable level in warmer weather.

The location was really good. We also liked the spa facilities. The quality of the breakfast food is good and the selection is ok.

The room was a disappointment. The room was really hot (no air conditioning) and the bed was uncomfortable. Nothing dried in the bathroom, so the towels were always wet. Overall the room did not correspond to the standard of a four-star hotel.

Shower room is too dark. The light above the mirror would be really reasonable to add. You would not expect some noisy cleaning work just under your window at 8am in Spa hotel. This spoiled a bit our rest.

Staff was friendly, spa area was pleasant and the location was perfect.

No a/c in the room, bathroom was extremely tiny and bathroom didn't have enough towel hooks.

Size of bathroom as the entrance to the shower is around 30cm. Interesting investment decisions for the hotel - great wc, but poor shower head that is small and not moving. Swimming pool was a bit cold (but it is understandable due to the winter and high utilities)

Room was ok, beds ok and breakfast not good but reasonable. Location perfect, close to restaurants and city center. Enough space for car and hotel was easy to find. Bathropes and slippers in the room. Room could have minibar or fridge.

Air ventilation did not work as expected and air in the room went heavy so you need to open the windows. Sad because then you also let the cold winter air inside and you're wasting energy which you could use to heat the pool to right temp. Spa was dissapointment because main pool water was really cold and surely not +28C. Hardly +20C. Found under the bed some dangerous 230v connection for lights so look under your beds if you have children, pets etc. Shower was little bit odd because of shower wall was open from the center and whole bathroom was wet after showering. Breakfast could have more fresh or steamed vegetables etc. Now not so healthy options.

Clean room, nice staff, tasty breakfast and good food at restaurant, good steak even though the waiter did not ask how to prepare it (fortunately, it was medium, as we initially wanted:)) nice and not overload spa (been there on workdays).

It was very cold in the room at arrival, bc window was left open. But it got warm in the end util we had to go to bed. Shower does not have doors so you have to be careful for flooding the bathroom. Walls are very thin. Last night was a nightmare as a loud company was chatting and laughing till 2AM and we had only a couple of hours for sleep.
