Bed was comfortable considering morrocan standard mattresses.

Breakfast was ridiculous, we had to ask for everything, after waiting forever you might get some bread, cream cheese and a yoghurt of you're lucky. The pool was very cold. Cleanings in the room was not ideal. air conditioner did not work

We had to ask for tea, or hot water as there was no boiling kettle in the room, and sometimes it was impossible to get tea , depending on who was on duty, obviously they saved Moroccan tea only, it would have been easier if they brought hot water and english tea bags to the table so we can make it our selves, however some staff members were happy to make us English tea when we asked, but others will say kitchen is closed, so during that time no hot cuppa! Cleaners were marvelous but the bathroom always had a foul smell regardless of their thorough cleaning, seems like its a drain problem, it spoils the room environments.....

Our room (and bathroom) was a decent size and clean. Our window faced the courtyard which made it pleasantly quiet. The staff was friendly and the check in was straightforward. The breakfast buffet was simple but met our expectations. There were rolls, sweets, jams, honey and cheese. There were also fruit juices, tea and coffee. On the day of departure, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout without any problems while we were still on the road in Fes. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the railway station in Fes.

Unfortunately, the walls are rather thin and you could hear the other hotel guests who were on the same floor in the hallway or opened/closed their room door. There was a somewhat unpleasant smell from the bathroom, which probably came from the shower drain (or the toilet).

Very bad communication with client. They did not inform about breakfast schedule, not very helpful when asking for advised to go for lunch or to move around (taxi, etc.), not the best client treatment at all. Room was not also very cleaned and I could also hear everything from next room. Location is ok if you want to stay in the center, but to go to the Medina, it is FAR away and only possible to go by walking (1H) or taxi.

In my bathroom, there were cockroaches. The geral cleanliness and the politeness of the staff were disappointing.

Good location for the train station & places to eat quite a bit cheaper than the Medina

in a city where the weather is sooooo hot and in summertime, the rooms don’t have a fridge and the AC is broken. we couldn’t sleep at night because of the heat. the rooms are not clean properly. no room service. the staff don’t seem to care whatsoever. the breakfast is very poor.
