This accommodation has a great value for money, and great location. The room large enough and the breakfast is also great.

However bit more airing to the towels and blanket would improve the general feelings.

There ate no coffee making facilities in rhe room.

The facilities were great. In particular the house is surrounded by beautiful flowers everywhere and little fountains, like a little Eden garden. The room was very good too. Comfy bed, clean room and bathroom and warm shower.

Breakfast was not good. For 5 euros I would expect more. Only available was some mini croissants some mini bananas and some bread with nutella that's it. Coffee was not very good. Additionally the hostess was not very nice. I second what other guests have said - she seemed to only be interested in making the sale. So at check in she showed me the room, asked the money and when I asked some tips and questions about the surrounding things to do she seemed bothered and impatient about my questions.

the woman was not nice and she was more interested in receiving her payment than hosting us. she stayed at her porch and asked if we wanted to have the 5€ breakfast, she seemed very impatient to get the money at the beginning but then finally say that it could be payed the day we leave. the room was very humid. Cleaning was OK but not the best ! everything would have been acceptable if she was nicer for the price breakfast was OK but do not expect something awesome!

It really is in the heart of Hell-Bourg! Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, hikes and other tourist hotspots!

First of all, the place is absolutely charming - colorful, full of plants and flowers. And the view of the Piton des Neiges is breathtaking. Great location - a short walk from the center but in a quiet side street.
