Breakfast was minimal but fine. Staff were very helpful. location was good.

Room was cold,beating didn't give off any heat. Water in morning was lukewarm, making a shower impossible - especially in a cold room.

I had a wonderful experience at Vila Luena great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, the food. is excellent but the thing that makes the suck a good place to stay are staff . all of the people are helpful and generous. Thank you very much :)

Breakfast was average. Continental. They turned the a/c on for us, on request...much appreciated as it was very hot in May.

Parking is a mess. The spots outside are max 2 hrs from 8.30am to 7pm, so we had to cruise around for parking, and found a spot 8 blocks away. The only negative to a great hotel.

The greeting I received also the staff member on desk went above and beyond after I got stranded in braga with difficulty getting a taxi back to the hotel can’t thank him enough for what he done for myself and the boys I met from the hotel that had the same difficulty as I had he phoned me early morning to ensure I was alright and safe which as a female on her own I thought was absolutely amazing and when explained my situation he came to my rescue for someone to do that was by far the best thing anyone has ever done for me on any kind of trip

Clean. comfortable beds. At the breakfast we had the chance to choose want ever we wanted from a huge variety of delicious pastries.

The AirCon was very noisy. The tv was way too old.

Comfy bed. Good sound proofing to outside noise.

No sound proofing to inside noise. Noisy cleaning staff.
