Well, for the price it was as expected, for the location it was better then expected. It is basic but you do get a discount at the partner restaurant, where they do a very nice octopus salad. Just remember to ask for one with no salt... as said great location with some limited sea views & no elevator. If you come by car & find a prking spot pay for parking until 8pm & after 8am, night parking is free...

It took some guessing ti access the property key holder, the check in is at another property about 100 yards along the beach front. Just do not bring big heavy bags, remember, no ground floor & no elevator. the rooms are preety small if you have 2 beds there.

Location by the seafront beautiful view. Room has a large closet, mirror, TV, and a little table. It has two shared bathroom very clean and good hot water pressure .

It didn't bother me much because was a middle season but on the high season I think the noise will be an issue . the ground floor is a Ice Cream shop packed with a crowd of very happy tourists.

The location is great right on the beach. The price is great for the location. It's an easy walk to the beach .

It is expected in Europe to stay in the center to be noisy. It is a very basic place but a great location.The address of the place doesn't take you to the motel best is to use the name of the place for GPS.

Excellent location right on the beach. You could look at the beach and sea from the bed. There was a radiator to heat the room.

Fridge did not work. Very thin walls you could hear the other guests. There wasn't any air conditioning or a fan so would be hot in the summer.

Lovely location. View of the sea from my side room. Right on the beach. Restaurant located in neighbouring business. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to a good grocery shop.

We choose this hotel because of sea view and it was fantastic. We took room with balcony and there were table and chairs on it, so you can enjoy ocean and waves directly from it, absolutely great. Staff were extremely friendly. They allowed us to leave backpacks after check-out and get early check-in. But you should know, that the reception is in another hotel, 2 minutes walk from this, you will find out all info on hotel door, that wasn't a problem. As usual thing in Portugal, there wasn't any central heating, but there were 2 electrical heaters, so for small room it was absolutely enough.

Hotel room was really tiny, but we had there only 1 night stay and got this hotel because of seaview, so it was okay, but for long stay maybe some disadvantage for someone.

The ceiling of the apartment is very low or inclined because it is the last floor, like an attic. The beds are practically on the floor

I found the sea view room with balcony quite comfortable, with some furniture and comfy bed. I would have booked a non-seaview room but acquired a free upgrade. The tv was not tuned to any channel and I reported it - an engineer spent an hour fixing the issue.

The fan in one of the bathrooms is very loud, and all sound seems to rattle around the building. The shower unit in the same noisy bathroom is a disaster - the head is uncontrollable, and it is easy to flood the bathroom. The hot water is also unreliable, going cold after two minutes of shower, and never reaching the hand basin. However, there is an alternative bathroom where I was able find hot water to wash, but I did not try the shower.
