Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, bei dem direkt vor dem Fenster eine Lüftung/Klimaanlage o.ä verbaut ist, die die ganze Nacht laute Geräusche erzeugt. Dieses Zimmer ist unbewohnbar. Wir konnten anstandslos in der Nacht umziehen.

Very professional staff and comfortable room. Free shuttle is a bonus. Buffet breakfast was also very good with many options.

Breakfast layout was not conducive- lovely breakfast though, just needs more space in front of the hot foods area, but a pillar makes this problematic.

We had a lovely time in this hotel! Everyone was friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, airport transfer was really helpful and the breakfast was definitely a highlight of our trip.

Convenience after late arrival.

Very slow check in. Only customers at reception at the time, but lots of communication with a lady sitting at a table opposite reception before room was allocated ? Room key card then did not open the door, but no apologies offered? They had to send “ security “ to reprogram the door which took another ten minutes . Not ideal after 17 hours of travel. We were allocated a room for disabled guests. Why? I was too frustrated by then to ask for a room change. I don’t like such rooms. Breakfast was very good but overpriced by South African standards.

Superb location for a early flight from CPT. Quality of breakfast, rooms , transfer is good

the shuttle drives once every 30 minutes whilst the hotel is < 5 min drive away. more frequent or upon demand would be nice
