Good location as far as shops and places to eat.
Very noisy. Footsteps heard from the above room, dogs barking, noisy guests outside. Got very little sleep.

Price, deep, good size pool that is sunny all day, lush gardens, quiet, great staff, cats!
Best mattress in 3wks (in 4 different stays)
Still firm, but a bit of give & SOFT pillows!
LOTS of stairs up to reception (only because I have a bad hip!)

Not clean, as in dirty towels and beds. Pool is so chemical laden it stings- pack goggles.

Reception team were very unhappy
We travel with 2.5 years old twins and they gave us 3 th floor bedrooms while most of the place was empty
Breaky was horrible and they didn't offer us to cook an omelette until I saw a man who got one and then everyone started to ask for it ..I ordered 4 omelettes @ saw the waitress rolling her eyes and the last one was the size of half egg

Nice quiet resort and clean with a good swimming pool and restaurant. 20 walk to beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Best value in Kuta.

The pool. Close to shopping centre and supermarket .
The reception staff were rude and confrontational. The room was dirty. The bed linen was dirty and stained. Pillow cases had been slept on. The bathroom had mould on the walls, and the white shower curtain was mouldy and stained brown.. The TV remote would not operate the TV. The second night TV service was unavailable. When I complained reception manager was aggressive and rude..

We utilised the property for an afternoon/evening until our late flight. it was conveniently close to the airport.

The room is around a nice garden,quiete place , nice swimming pool..the place is near the beach....and some small restaurant..even a lipo mall center...
The maintenance of structures can be better....even phone in room...not work..!!

They are restarting stage after pandemic so facilities like restaurant is not fully opened. only breakfast was available. Telephone was not working.
