I am extremely delighted to have a wonderful and quiet comfortable Stay at Radisson Blu during my recent visit to Ludhiana. My every visit has been ending with pleasure and has been equipped with new Amenities, which made my stay Safe, luxurious and Comfortable. Every time, the Services rendered by the Hotel are beyond my expectations. Let me take this wonderful Opportunity to highlight that the Hotel People offered me a very early check-in and the Late Check-out as well. I would like to make a particular note about two of your Duty Managers i.e. Mr. Sourabh and Mr. Ali for their Impeccable Dedicated Services rendered to me, who were attended my queries with utmost patience coupled with their Pleasing Personality and Respectful Gestures. These Managers were very much essential in this Competitive World, especially in Hospitality Industries, as they were dedicated to their Profession, which in-turn, creates trust among the Guests that they were in Safe Hands and feel Comfortable every time. These Actions lift the Fame of Radisson Hotel Group Globally. Once again, I would like convey my Best Wishes to Mr. Sourabh and Mr. Ali and Special Thanks to them, who made my Stay Quiet Safe and Comfortable. On a whole, the Respect on the Radisson Group has been increased for their Outstanding and continuous Dedicated Services offering to their Guests

Liked everything except I booked the rooms include breakfast. But when I went there staff said breakfast isn’t included u have to pay extra for that apart from this was good

overall it was our bad experience. we booked room for our first night and it was ridiculous. jacuzzi was not working and they gave us cake which was pathetic nothing decorated

Found cocoroach in bed room

Check in was delayed as room wasn’t ready. First room smelled of smoking! Immediately complained! I wish the staff at check in had been honest about not bring ready in time. I would have allowed them time o get it properly ready than giving me room that was spontaneously was made ready. I got upgraded to suite which was better. 1 hour of my time was waisted that I needed to utilise elsewhere. Reached my ultimate destination late. But overnight sleeping was ok as the AC unit erratically made noises which woke us up. Check out also took time as bell boy took time so I took my own luggage down for check out! 6/10 rating

The hotel is secure, and impeccably clean. The restaurant staff especially Avinash was attentive and helpful. Housekeeping was on point the cleaner Manikant was passionate about his job
