Nice room with a great view. Lots of breakfast options, helpful staff. A shopping mall was within walking distance.

The internet connection wasn't stable, very inconvenient when conducting online meetings.

I love the room in general, mainly the bed and the bathroom. The room size is very good with a lot of space. The breakfast options are good.

The parking lot is in the back area of the hotel and there is no lateral or back access to it, only the main entrance. The room curtains didn't give me a cleaning impression. The breakfast options are good but the tables at the restaurant are very close and the disposal of the items for the breakfast is not good in my opinion.

The bed was comfortable, the central location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

the location was great about 400 m walk from the shopping centre that has a food court with local cuisine, service was amazing with English speaking staff, and facilities were first world standard.

I made a mistake and book as a single traveler. When my girlfriend came, I was charged a tax that almost doubled the rate and had to sign a humiliating form as a “visitor”. I strongly believe there was racial and social prejudice. The management insisted I was wrong and refused to fix the problem. I couldn’t change the room to a double in the app by the way.

It has a racist policy, enforced by the management. I will never stay again.

The room 213 (if I have goid memory) and the bathroom and shower were good, despite the fact that the bottom of the bathroom door was totally cracking, revealing a lack of basic maintenance or consequence of lack of past cash flow, due to Covid 19 situation. The TV signal was poor with a lot of signall interferences, which reveal a weak and cheal TV infrastructure. WIFI is good. The was an acceptable number of channels. Breakfast was simple but good and included in the price. Price of the room was around Eur 30,00-, which is very affordable.

I arrived early in the morning, (around 2 a.m) and in the external entrance, it was absolutly dirty, with high overflowing garbache, lot of garbache around, cigarettes plats with wet sand on the floor and also reversed on the floor, rest of food packages, and absolute dirtiness on the floor tiles from the external entrance, passing in front of the eyes of reception desk and untill the elevators. I complained with the reception clerks that such dirtiness was unacceptable and not in compliance with the minimum hotel best practice and Intercontinental Hotel Group-IHG Clean Promise and Holiday Inn Best Cleaning Processes. For the all Brazilian IHG Command Organisation, it is shameful and embarrasing to let such negligence, carelessness which reveal a contempt to internal procedures, to good training and motivation and attention to employees and last but not least, to the image of IHG and reputation at the eyes of your traditionnal World wide Customers. Something must be done, and a deep investigation must be started, to check if such Belém facility,, deserve to remain as membert of IHG group and keep the Holiday Inn brand. Professionals ate hired and paid for such situation never happen. Lets be back on good tracks ! Bon travail. I took pictures of the a.m. matters
