Front desk machines NEVER work right first time. Even having all set (booking # and etc) in the end you will have to call the manager through customer service phone.

B&b is very comfortable and Very clean hotel and their beds are very comfortable to be honest I loved my staying there.

Just off motorway with restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Instructions for entry not clear to us when reception unmanned. A kettle would be useful. Bedroom a little small for 2 to move around.

On my confirmation email was a four digit pin and number. I arrived after 2300hours. The security gate was closed. The four digit PIN number would not open it. Another resident opened this security gate for me. I obtained a six digit pass for my room and it was explained this would also open the security gate. This is not explained on the confirmation email. It meant I would have to leave my car on the road while processing my entry. This is the fault of management of B&B. At breakfast my wife and I sat at a table for four persons. One of the staff asked us to move to a two person table. We did so. Immediately after another couple sat at the four seater table and were allowed to stay there despite their being other two seat tables Available. In the room the air conditioning made noises all night despite it not being switched on

easy to find, quiet, ease of checking in.

the only issue was a noisy air con unit. wished had never switched it on as when switched off too it continually made a noise.

Hotel location was good for a one night stay over, restraunts close by, good parking and lift available, staff were friendly and breakfast was very good.

There was a coach party of children who arrived late and were a bit noisy settling in.

Attic in quadruple room was more spacious than expected. I also appreciated the free private parking and proximity to motorway.

I am not a fan of hotels with external corridors. Didn't realise this when I booked.
