Most spacious room and comfortable bed. Well equiped with kettle, toaster, microwave, TV. The location is exceptional being so close to Queanbeyan. A short walk and lovely surroundings being so close to the river. The motel location is easily found. The motel carpark has sufficient room. Also great provision of soaps/shampoo; also many hooks for towels.

Never met any staff. A bit impersonal. The shower needs a grip rail for older or infirm people. Nothing to hold on to. Some people lose balance when they need to shut their eyes (shampooing hair etc). The shower did not seal and some water leaked onto the bathroom floor, making it dangerous for more unsteady people.

Spotlessly clean. Tidy and comfortable rooms. Beautiful and convenient location.

The walls are a little thin, earplugs came in handy.

We were given a quiet, downstairs room as requested, which was appreciated. Comfortable bed. Room obviously renovated recently.

Unfortunately we didn’t receive the SMS code, so when we arrived at 7pm after our flight we couldn’t get in. Rang the night caretaker and it was sorted thankfully. The blinds do not block out the security lights, which made it difficult to sleep.

Location was ideal for our stay as it was between Canberra and the suburbs, easy exit south or north - allowed us to bypass the full city circle of the capital. Bedding arrangements, ideal for those who want privacy amongst family. Kitchen and Bathroom very well maintained, clean, neat and tidy despite the slightly outdated setup. Garage provided for separate guests and reception staff were very accommodating on arrival. TV had multiple channels, netflix and Youtube (ideally for those who want to look at anything apart from news). Full functional aircon especially for the extreme cold weather. Kitchen facilities and storage were very appropriate and adequate. Ideally fit 3, although a sofa could cover 4 pp.

Backup staff was bit mystified when we asked for assistance. Batteries for TV and aircon may need to be checked each time. Possible issue due to guests mis-use. Cups were undersize for decent cuppa.
