A pleasant nature getaway. Perfect optimal location of the property itself, with a great view of the main lake, the little ponds scattered throughout the area, and proximity to the main reception building and viewing decks to the lake. The property was equipped with all types of plating and cutlery, electric stovetop, fridge (no freezer), a powerful shower, dining area inside and outside, a bbq grill etc. Generally clean, and the interior and exterior have a rustic, natural wooden feel which enhances the ambience, particularly during the sunset and night time. Solar lights dotted around the camping area turn on as the sun sets and are not only great for navigating, but also is simply visually and aesthetically lovely. Opportunity to purchase wood in the reception is great if you forgot to bring your own.

The staff was very baseline useful; the introduction was in our opinion very brief unlike in other accommodations we have stayed at where staff do go above and beyond to inform you of everything (this may be due to the fact that the first staff member was younger - perhaps a recent newcomer, so she may not have yet had enough opportunity to work on that skillset). In fact, later on, other staff members who clearly have worked there way longer were more helpful. Nonetheless, we felt that we had to constantly go up to the reception for any inquiry, such as renting the boat or waterbike, about the wood, about the spa facilities etc. Another factor which worsened the experience was the overall cleanliness of the property; whilst it did appear generally clean, upon closer inspection it becomes clear that the cleaners just do a rough clean between each visitor, without going in depth - we saw a lot of sand in the corners and edges of the floors, mould on the sides of the toilet, the shower mat was very worn and mouldy, and the towels provided carried a pungent odour of what seemed like vomit, so we were very relieved to have brought our own towels.

The view and the nature. Great place for relaxing and get some quite time. Nice BBQ place with table and chairs.

The tent was too hot and with no air flow, it was imposing to stay inside during the day. The shared shower is very dirty.
