The friendliest staff that I have come across in any hotel. Such nice, sweet people at reception always ready to help with a smile. I asked them for hot water multiple times in a day to prepare my own tea. They were more than happy to give me hot water. The room cleaning was perfect and flawless. Best hotel staff !! Will definifely stay there again if I visit Bern

Breakfast was very basic. Nothing special. Location was what we needed. Close to Wankdorf Stadium. Room was small, but ok to stay for a night.

Wifi (internet) works flawless. Eggs at breakfast are perfectly cooked. Parking garage underneath the hotel is secured with doors so no one can come outside by foot which improves the safety of belongings left in car (although hotel has disclaimer in place).

There was no electrical outlets for charging of laptops in our room. Only ones available are “small” ones, without earthing connector that support only mobile phone chargers and shavers. I find that strange. Bunk beds are “use at your own risk”, which makes me doubt their build quality. Hotel was expensive for a budget option.

Hotel is very close 50 metres to tram station guisanplatz expo.and 15 minutes from BERN RAILWAY STATION. rooms are extremely small. Not recommended for a family greater than two. Air conditioner controller is not there. It feels suffocation. No hair dryer No kettle Towels are extremely small Bathroom and WC is separate. Both does not have lock Bath room is transparent. Every room has a third bunk bed directly on the twin bed. Very difficult to sleep. Even if you boom twin bed, you get one extra bunk bed. No ventilation. Overall not happy with room.

the tram passes in front of the hotel, it is very convenient to go to the city.

they took "Budget" extremely seriously. I have stayed in many of these budget hotels, but in this one the room is very small, they only gave us 2 very, very small towels, there is no hairdryer, the pillows are like stone....
