The property was great. A lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need and extras. the biscuits, juice and milk were a great touch for drinks on arrival. Juliet was so lovely and helpful, she made us welcome before we even arrived.

Not anyones fault, but the rain water pump has a fault on the first night, but it was resolved by the next morning.

The flat was gorgeous like the pictures. It was clean and lovely.

Exceptional customer service as we were met by the host and given early access and later checkout, very clean comfortable and quiet apartment in a fantastic location, the only downside was the bed was too soft for us as we like firmer Would we book again, definitely if we visit Exeter again and that’s always the best recommendation you can receive

The apartment is so luxury quiet area very close to city centre within 5mins very stylish and comfortable i always feel homely. I stay here regularly and the manager Julite is so helpful, kind lovely and responsive 😍 Thanks Julite always to look after me whenever i return to the flat. Highly recommend this flat truly 👌

The bed was probably the most comfortable we have slept in in a hotel! Amazing! The apartment had everything we could have needed and had nice added touches like OJ and milk in the fridge. We were actually sad we didnt spend more time in the apartment, it was so nice and comfortable. The communication with the host (Juliet) was not only efficient but also really friendly. Apartment 3 was light, airy, with a pretty view of the neighbours trees. There was extra info on the table for the local area, and it is literally around the corner from Exeter town centre. Also across the road from a decent pub, and nearby some good food restaurants. Thanks!

Great location. Very clean and nicely furnished with everything I needed. Nice spacious apartment. I settled in straight away. Very welcome after a long days work! I'll definitely be staying here again 🙂

Everything from the utensils in the kitchen to the TV,very good size shower,and the bed was the best... Juliet was the best host and made sure we are happy with our stay...the friendliest and best host out there!!!

Felt that what I had paid for 2 nights I shouldn't have been charged another £10 per night for a small dog who made absolutely no mess. Apartment was a little dated.

Excellent sizable apartment with a professional touch to making you feel at home.

It was very dark inside, carpets were dirty, kitchen floor hadn’t been washed only swept. A saucepan was put back dirty and a cereal bowl had grease in it.

Very well located city centre apartment, parking is a huge bonus. The customer service was superb, with a courtesy call pre-arrival, full of useful information. The apartment felt roomy and is comfortable and well-equipped.

Excellent location, Juliet was extremely helpful throughout the whole stay, the instructions for arrival are very detailed and the apartment itself was very clean. Exactly what we wanted for a city break.

directions to key safe upstairs - we spent ages trying to open the safe for the downstairs flat! Person in there was fine about it though, once we explained!

It was spacious, incredibly clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host left us tea/coffee, milk, juice and biscuits which was nice.

The only thing we didn't like was the automatic light in the hall area. It was so sensitive it turned on and off too easily.

Comfortable, well equipped. Car parking. Excellent customer service and care - Juliette called us and made sure everything was fine and helped us at every stage. Location was great for our needs. Very relaxing and very clean place which felt COVID free. Thanks

I guess it was quite expensive, but that is because I am not used to paying for an apartment rather than market rate. We were happy to pay and would do so again.
