Ubicación, personal no habla inglés, piscina fuera del edificio, cocina solo platos asiáticos, muy caro y se exige un deposito de garantía muy alto mucho mas que el costo de la habitación que NO te devuelven hasta pasadas semanas, a mi todavía no me han devuelto mi dinero y no es lo que te dicen.

Staff is very polite.

The bath tub is totally transparent. It's quite embarrassing. Would be good if we can have the flexibility to close it with curtain.

Hotel is situated at good location. Room is well-designed, spacious and clean. We like the changing room and swimming pool at 3rd floor. Buffet breakfast had a lot of food varieties and drinks. Everything had exceeded our expectations.

Not all staff speak english however it is normal in China …

Very nice gym facilities and very friendly staff. Close to a large shopping mall and metro station for convenience.

Location not so prime. Room on smaller side. Bathroom is too transparent and feels like an aquarium placed in the center of the room despite automatically dimmed glass panel.

The spa is a total rip off and a scam. They charged me for services not rendered. A LOT and only offered a 50% discount for a service I never received. The GM refused to reimburse me. I do not recommend a hotel that makes a point of stealing from its customers.

The facilities are very good, the staff is always ready to help you and everything is very clean.

The swimming pool still close between 11:00-16:00.
