Beautiful property… centrally located… very supportive staff… specially the front desk team.

Decent location

Poorly maintained, broken curtains so technically no view in the room, cabinet in the bathroom broke apart and fell on my foot injuring my toes, dirty stinking bathrooms. Staff was particularly rude - While checking in this lady didn’t bother asking a question about me or ask if I needed anything, just took the payment and gave me the key - no guiding how to get to the room. While checking out, when I told a different lady, Shivani I think, about the issues during the stay, she said ok I’ll inform housekeeping. A guest was injured thanks to bad housekeeping, and she didn’t apologise or show any empathy, just said I’ll check. No courtesy whatsoever to say thanks for staying and sorry for this. Nothing.

The location was ideal for our travels to Gandhinagar and suburbs. The breakfast was great, staff attentive

Easy to locate and reach. Access to Gandhinagar is easy peasy
