Staff were very friendly. Location is convenient for visiting the centre of Papeete.

The hotel is run down and the condition of the room left a lot to be desired. The air conditioning barely worked (and in Tahiti it’s not really optional given the high temperatures and humidity). Fixtures in the bathroom were falling apart and everything smelled musty.

Location was close (easy walk with luggage) to ferry terminal. Parking was easy to use when we got car rental. The building looks fine, when you drive or walk up, but some might question the neighborhood it is in. After walking all through Papeete, it did not bother us.

Wind whistled through the windows (large gaps need resealed), which didn't help keep the rooster that was crowing all night from being heard. TV's are VERY small monitor size (maybe 14") - and NO English speaking channels.

It was near the ferry terminal, check in process was efficient & taxi the hotel booked came on time. we were here only from late afternoon to just before midnight as just wanted somewhere to rest before our flight. Had water & coffee making facilities in room.

It’s very run down in not a very nice area. Toilet seat was loose, top sheet on bed was hardly the width of the bed so hopeless for 2 people. The wooden floors in the corridor made people arriving with trolly cases very noisy.

The staff were exceptional. They stored our luggage before and after check-in/out, offered us a big umbrella as we headed out into a torrential downpour, and even asked if we would like to hang out in the lobby and use their wifi (for hours) while we waited for our airport departure time. As it happens we managed to be in Tahiti on November 1, a national holiday. Everything was closed except for one restaurant, which was also a micro-brewery. Luckily it was a good restaurant with a covered patio. The location was good, downtown but quiet, a 15 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal, a 10 minute walk back to the ferries to Moorea and beyond. It was near the Tahiti Market (which was closed due to the holiday sadly).There is a "restaurant" next door that opens for dinner most nights. It's a food truck of sorts, with seating in a covered location. Portions were large and tasty. I recommend this hotel.

The internet worked well in the lobby, but was spotty in our room. The hotel has its name on the front, but not the side, so it was tricky to find initially. A good stay at a good property. 👍
