Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal an der Rezeption ebenfalls sehr freundlich.
Sauberkeit vom Bad. Das sollte grundsätzlich passen. Vielleicht hatte auch nur jemand einen schlechten Tag.

La taille et le style des chambres
Bel établissement pour un court sejour et profiter des installations sportives/bien être. Quartier assez isolé et calme, mais sans beaucoup d'options de sorties ou de restauration.

- The pool is a nudist pool, nobody told us that, and it's not written anywhere. On top of having to pay to go there (17e50 per day) you must be naked
- The lady at the desk took 4 phone calls instead of checking us in. The perfect way to make people feel unwelcomed.
- Unsecured paid parking for the hotel guests when it's free for restaurant or wellness center clients
- Room soundproofing is non existent, we could her the man next room snoring like a truck and the people in the other room having a loud discussion at 2am
- Room cannot be locked

Waterboiler in the room, breakfast was very good, parking underground. Overall, the room was very clean and spacious.
The shower had moist. The toiletpaper hanger was loose. Some tiles in the bathroom were broken. Swimmingpool for spa only.

Reception staff was friendly but they were an exception
No swimming pool, do not advertise with pictures if the pool is solely for paid wellness (above 16).
Very unfriendly staff in evening at the kitchen. No service, not felt welcome. They rather do not have guests seems like it. Rather not work. Mission accomplished; this family will never visit a fletcher again.
Pay almost 30 euro for a simple game.
Bad beds, way too soft.

So much more that was bac, bad managed..done with writing about it. Will never come again.

Giant bathroom, nice big windows with a great view.
I hate flimsy paper cups with the tea/coffee maker. Why is ist so difficult to have proper cups, as well as being more environmentally friendly?
Beds were too soft for our liking.

Badroom is old broken dirty. Small towls . Needed to pay for welness and swimmingpool was broken .... withour any warning

Location was perfect, close to the station. We loved the room especially the spacious bathroom. Staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the choices for breakfast and the room service!
The remote of the TV did not work and the tv was a bit old so we couldn't hook it up to netflix.
I didn't like that we only had a mini bottle of shampoo and no body wash. I would have happily paid extra to have those in my room already, I think they are quite necessary. I would also include a hair net not to get your hair wet during the shower!

There were only few thing which were fine - people on the redemption, comfortable and clean bed and coffee machine in the room.
1. In the same building is a sport center and first evening is was able to hear a noise from door which was coming from this sport center.
2. walls are very thin and luckily there were no people around my room to make noise, but I was able to hear how they speak.
3. the worst part of my stay was the hotel restaurant. I have never seen so bad service and so untasted food. First evening I ordered a burger, which I couldn’t eat as it was very dry and fried potatoes was the cheapest one frozen product. On the second evening luckily we had a dinner outside and we wanted only glass of wine. We were punished by the staff as we didn’t wait to be welcomed and seated on a table by ourselves. More than 30 min we were waited someone to come to us, but they even walked far away from our table.
4. Close there is a Lidl we’re you will receive better food and service and if by chance you stay hungry they have very long working time.
