The Room was good.
The access. The lift system is horrible. You may end up waiting half an hour just to get a lift to your room. Friendly advice : better leave early if you have a flight. The lobby on each floor also was a bit unclean. Not well maintained

The refund was eventually given to us after a day that the front desk refused to do so.
It is dismally DIRTY. The place is DILAPIDATED and in need of immediate renovation. We actually stayed in this place way back 2019 but since then the whole building is not fit for human decent accommodation. The smell will make you puke, too.

Location is great, right beside hundreds of shops and restaurants on Beijing Road.
The elevator is really problematic. We were stuck waiting 10-20 minutes to catch an elevator going down from our floor several times. Taking the stairs is downright dangerous as there are no lights in the stairway. When asked for help calling a taxi to the airport, the front desk called us a private driver who took 30 minutes to arrive and then charged us at least double what a metered taxi would have.

the staff helped us with a missing item of ours and were very quick to respond to our requests. Its in the heart of centre so everything is easily accessible .

The hotel location is very near to Beijing Lu. It is easy to find anything and below has supermarket and seven eleven.
The apartment has 3 bedroom and 4 queen beds and can fit for 8 of us (6 adult and 2 kids). There are many operator in 1 building, just choose 1 which one closed to your budget. The cleanliness almost on par.
This location between 2 subway - Beijing Lu subway and Gongyuenqian subway - all within 10 minutes walk (our phase with 2 kids in tow).
The lift is very slow. The cleanliness of the property is so so and many small bugs crawlings in the living room.
Only 1 bathroom for 3 bedroom apartment.
