Check in was simple and friendly receptionist. Off-street parking. Room was large with separate living area to bedroom. The photos on the website look like a modern clean property.

The room smelt like a mens public bathroom. I used the reverse cycle air conditioning and it also was foul smelling. It was a cold night and the room could not be heated as the AC unit was giving out a disgusting smell. The bathroom vanity cabinet was rotten at the base. The shower leaked. I had stayed at this property previously and thought it was ok however I will not be staying here again. Very disappointed.

it had everything we needed. the service was exceptional. the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and settled.

a few little issues, like one of the bedroom doors didn’t close properly and the shower didn’t drain well, but otherwise was very comfortable.

our room looked nothing like the pictures. I don’t know how this place can class itself as a “boutique hotel” - it was a run down old room which has been dressed up above a pub. the shower leaked everywhere. the room was tiny - it was literally nothing like I was expecting and an absolute waste of money considering. there appears to be a new section of the hotel located behind the pub - I suspect this is what’s depicted in all the photographs. my partner and I normally don’t complain but this was an absolute joke. false advertising at its finest.

Our ground floor room was an addition to the existing hotel. It was extremely spacious with a separate lounge and a large bathroom.

Wifi wouldn't work in our room.
