The place is clean

I've arrived at the night with my family and unfortunately google map was directing me to a road which is closed in the top of the mountain. I called the hot line to ask for assistance but they simply said they cannot help me so I was lost in the top of the mountain up to 11:00pm. I didn't have any other option but to book another hotel for this horrible night which cost me around 205 CHF. Next day I explained the problem to the staff but unfortunately she didn't do anything to show they are responsible and care about their customers. All what I received is "Sorry" which doesn't cover any of the stress and risk we had that night.
