Plutselig beskjed om at bekreftet superior dobbeltrom rom med utsikt ikke var tilgjengelig. Fikk tilbud om to enkeltrom uten utsikt. Vi var der for å markere 45 års bryllupsdag. Fikk beskjed om at det bare var middagsbuffet tilgjengelig. Knapt mat igjen, og det som var der var kaldt. Spurte etter mulighet for å bestille mat, og fikk beskjed om at det ikke var mulig. Like etterpå så vi at andre gjester fikk a la cart. To middag + et glass vin og ti drinker kostet dkk 1000. Et katastrofalt dårlig opphold.

This is a good standard hotel, clean and with a nice staff. It is however very large.

Really helpfull staff that helped with everything we needed. The food was amazing, rooms were clean, location is great and if you have a room with sea view - you can enjoy it. We loved it! It is a short walking tour to the center of the town for sightseeing - lovely place! Visit the mini Køge town next to the hotell and the camping place next to the hotell - lot of fun for kids there with trampoline and mini-golf.

We liked everything. Most of the staff understood Norwegian, some didn't but all knew English very well, so it wasn't a problem at all.

We had to fill in a lot at check in, and then we were asked to say when we wanted breakfast seating.

Easy and free parking, friendly and competent staff, calm and spacious hotel build in stylish Danish 60ies architecture design. Very calm during the night, temperature and ventilation OK, modern bathroom, beds comfy with sufficient reading light. The breakfast buffet was with all you may want including newbaked wafers. There are two dining options: restaurant and cafe-bar. We choosed the cafe-bar. My wife had the homemade fish-burger which was very delicious. Eight beers on tap. Prices in upper level as often seen in Denmark. There is a hiking path from the hotel direct to the beach 500 meters away. If you want to walk further you can follow the beach to the harbour in the North or follow the beach along the bay to the South. Next to the hotel you will find "Køge miniby" a 1:40 scale of the town Køge.

The prices for wines in the restaurant starting with 470 DKK for the cheapest - significantly higher than in other restaurants. The walking distance, 1.200 meters, to the charming town center may challange you, but by parking at the hotel will avoid the huge parking problems in the town center.
