The house was fully furnished, extra blankets, pillows and access to all of the rooms. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils plus more including sauces, a rice cooker, baking utensils etc. It was very pleasant. They also supplied firewood, dishwashing pods and washing machine powder.

There was miscommunication between the management team and the cleaning team and as such, my request of leaving our things somewhere before check-in was quite messy. I wish there was a cloth for wiping down tables and a better scrub for cleaning dishes. The dishwasher doesn't properly wash cutlery.

Great size for 2 families to stay!! Backs onto the Old Rail track so great to bike ride. The couch and the fireplace was pretty comfy after coming back from the snow!! Having a garage was a plus as all our bikes were kept out of the weather and the games room kept the kids entertained. Beds were comfortable and electric blankets kept us warm all night

I think the kitchen and bathrooms need to be upgraded more the bathrooms than anything else. at first it was good that bathrooms were connecting between the bedrooms but it would be good to have a bathroom or at least a toilet that wasn’t interconnected between two rooms. The house was tidy but wasn’t properly cleaned ie the rug wasn’t properly vacuumed and the shower base wasn’t clean. The bunks the kids said were squeaky and they complained they weren’t as comfortable as the bigger beds.

We absolutely loved our stay at Silver Birches. the location was great & it had everything we needed & more. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Great location. On the rail trail and a beautiful walk into town. common garden and BBQ area clean and well maintained.

House was not clean. Had to request cleaners come back. Bathroom and Kitchen need an upgrade to fit the “luxury title” ping pong table so warped it is not functional.

The kitchen was really well equipped with pots, pans and other items.

There was no gas in the BBQ gas bottle and no paper towel in the kitchen.
