Prepared rooms were not upgraded ones.

Newly renovated so bedroom, dinner no area and reception area were very modern.

It was unclear how to reserve private bath area. Maybe I missed some information as not everything had English translation. Small bathroom area and towels were really thin. Maybe more sun beds around the pool area would be welcoming to guests.

The smell of smoke from the smoking room will still waft into the entertainment area.

Fully renovated dining area, outdoor pool, rooms and several public areas. The view from the hotel was simply amazing!

The rooms are renovated and very comfortable, but the bathrooms (toilet and shower) are horrible! Too small, very old, just overpainted. As well the old windows should be replaced. We also have to mention the surroundings. It looks more like a jungle. They definitely need to hire a gardener.

The room itself was average inside, but had amazing views - but what makes this hotel so special is the amazing baths, and the fabulous meals The baths are on the top floor and have panoramic views of the ocean and night sky. There is an outdoor infinity-edge bath - perfect for watching the stars and light house at night; as well multiple indoor baths and spas and saunas. For dinner, it is a buffet, which doesn't sound fantastic and yet it was. There were at least 8 chefs on hand to cook dishes to your specification, and the choice was phenomenal. Plus, all we could drink for 2000y.

The room itself was a little old, but since we spent so little time there, it hardly mattered. The quality of the rest of the hotel made the room irrelevant

Food and restaurant

The hotel except the restaurant was outdated and rundown. It should never operate until the renovation is complete. Very disappointed. Have traveled 30+ years in Japan, this was the worst.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food was very good and the charges were very reasonable. The view was definitely wonderful.

Amazing view! We were upgraded to a suite in the top floor after complaining about having been given one of their worst rooms to start with. Upgraded room was very nice.

Aside of the amazing location and view the hotel unfortunately has the charms of a health clinic for deserved employees. Quite an (overpriced) experience!

The hot spring view is wonderful.

The bed and pillows are too hard and the breakfast, dinner 3days dishes are the same.no change.

Dinner is too expensive. Few dining options. Shower in room problematic. Thin towels

Even are many people there because is Spa View too but wasn't any problems with enjoy the hotel or with the breakfast. Thank you
