location is excellent and Tito was very helpful and kind.

There is no inverter during load shedding so absolutely nothing works. Room was damp and cold.

Loadshedding is a problem. The power was off everyday from 2 to 4 hours. This was awful and the room was cold with no TV. No microwave or kettle. While out of your control I feel solar panels or a generator should be installed.

The manager gave long and complicated explanations around thr garage, house and room , not in relation for one night stay! Strange atmosphere during breakfast

Amazing location, right on Voelklip beach so the view was wonderful, watching and listening to the sea rolling in. Every morning, breakfast was simple but delicious - lovely fruit and yoghurt bowl, then a delicious cooked breakfast (if you wanted it). Tito and his team were great, and made our stay very special. We will be recommending the Hermanus Beachfront Lodge to our family and friends.

There was nothing within the control of Tito and his team that we did not like. Totally out of their control was the daily electricity load shedding, but there were plenty of torches provided for when this occurred.

It was unfortunate that there was no generator during loadshedding. When lights came back on, TV did not work..... no signal, and there was no wifi. The day we were leaving, there was no hot water. Must say..... staff were excellent and a lovely breakfast was made.

View is great - but you can tell the property is "bored". There is no attention to detail , there is no invertor , there was no shampoo , there was no little bowl of welcome fruit in the room ,there was zero feeling of being welcomed , just routine and nothing special at all - it was our 30th wedding anniversary so sad that it was not special at all

the location is amazing.

the wifi in our room was very spotty. we were unable to use the wifi in our main room, and had to move to the back room to get a signal. the shower in our bathroom leaked onto the floor during use.

Tito‘s Omelettes are the best ever eaten! Thanks Tito! Great and thought through service. very close by the sea - easy for a swim before breakfast. Towels available at the reception. we also liked the welcome drink at our lovely room with sea view, overlooking the bay over to Hermanus. the board walk along the beach starts riggt in front of the hotel. sunsets are also great to be watched from the balkony.

the bed seemed a bit too hard - but this depends on every person individually.

Great view from the bedroom, lovely quiet room, friendly staff. Great chairs to sit in to watch the water. Direct access to the beach. Beautiful manicured garden.

Secure parking was taken by other guests, so we had to park on the street. The appliances in the room were a little old and tired, it would have been nice to have complimentary water in the room upon checkin.

Location and friendly team led by Tito. Great views and comfortable accommodation, we will definitely be back.

the Balcony‘s Bannisters were unframed Glas Panels of relatively low bight only fixed at the bottom… easy to brake through… a safety issue!
