Couple of little things needed fixing

After a journey of 4.5 hours across Tasmania, we realized that we had booked accommodation in Queenstown NZ This was all that was available .

The room facilities are super complete.

Nothing

the room looked nothing like the pictures online. my room seemed very old, cold and dirty. there was a random piece of wood with rusty nails hanging out of it against one wall, the door looked like it had been forced open and then the pieces just glued back together. didn’t end up staying the night as I didn’t feel safe at all

It was clean and really good view from there.

some more sound insulation in the walls would have been better

The location is superb: easy to find, a short walk from the city centre

We didn't have any issues, but the tourists who came at the same time as us couldn't get in touch with the reception: the mobile connection was a bit shaky and no one was manning the office. Luckily, our phone worked and we helped them as well.

Great value for money, parking right at the room door. Clean, fluffy towels in the family room.

The backpacker room we rented had a very strong mouldy smell. It’s very clear the hotel runs two levels of service (which we both experienced combining a backpacker and motel room)

Basically i loved that place because it was spacious and no other people there. Only thing which kept me from a 10 star rating were the annoying beeping fire alarms in several of the other locked rooms nearby, they each beeped every like 60 seconds Beautiful location, plenty of parking Good to know: If you book a 'Single Dorm room' its not a dorm room you share with other people but a private room. They may call it dorm because its shared bathrooms. @Owner: Other accommodations would call it like - (Budget) Single room with shared bathroom - (Budget) Twin room with shared bathroom - (Budget) Doubble room with shared bathroom You would probably get more bookings with that naming..

We stayed here as it was around the corner from Queenstown railway station where we were catching the 9.00am steam train. We were close to Empire pub where we had a nice dinner.

Unfortunately the kettle was faulty and we couldn't make coffee at night or the morning.
