It is always a pleasure to stay here. The Lounge was under renovation and we are looking forward to it being open again.

Large rooms, well-lit and well-ventilated rooms. The location is near the center of town. Check-in was smooth and efficient.

Everything was good about the room, however, the wifi was horrendously slow, and certain devices couldn't even get connected to the hotel wifi network.

The room was comfortable and beautiful.

The only friendly greeting I received was from the two doormen I saw. The restaurant staff was unfriendly, and when checking in, I asked about a packed breakfast on our last morning as we were checking out too early for the restaurant, and I was told breakfast was booked and cannot be cancelled. 10 days before arriving, I enquired about airport transfers with a follow-up email 4 days before arriving. None of my emails were answered. Communication was terrible.

Really nice hotel with good equipments and services. We really appreciated the free upgrade, the room was beautiful and the hotel staff was extremely nice. We really had a good time!

The property went above and beyond for us, to make us comfortable. Our type of room wasn’t available so we were upgraded to a larger suite. On valentines day they gave myself and my wife a rose during dinner as well. We had an early checkout at 5.30am, and they had prepared breakfast for us to go as well. By far one of the most exceptional stays I have had, consistent, comfortable and prompt service. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

The nearest metro stop is about a 10 minute walk, though taxis and buses available out front.

I paid for Club Residence service but when I turned up it was closed. Front desk didn't inform me when I checked in either, so I didn't get the service which I paid for

Not all facilities were open. Because of Covid, the wonderful terrace was not accessible. Probably because of very little occupancy. More channels on TV if you want to be a world hotel… Very few foreign TV was accessible even if CNA from Singapore is a very good media

Great room and a big pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Baby cot available made it convenient. Great location.

The buffet breakfast wasn't great. Some of the hot items did not look fresh, sat there for a while. The music playing at the rooftop bar was way too loud.

The staff always go the extra mile. I've stayed here 4 times and they have always been helpful and upgraded me when possible. The gym, pool and jacuzzi are excellent!

The WiFi is not stable. Room service ends at 10:30. Room service should be 24 hours, at least provide some light meal

We come here now for over 6 years and we always come back because New World Beijing get's it right - from the greeting to the good bye. We love the lounge and enjoy the pool! The stuff in the lounge is always very helpful and creates a vert welcoming atmosphere.

- Good selection for breakfast - Silent location of the hotel - Very nice service - Clean swimming pool - Good location of the hotel - just 5 minutes walk to shopping center and metro.

- Photographing my ID card / passport using private mobile of receptionist during check-in without even asking me or piece of word of explanation. I do respect all necessary formalities during check in, but photographing my documents using private mobile has nothing related with it in my opinion. - Too few staff during breakfast. At 9:30AM - still half an hour before breakfast ends - there were more than dozen uncleaned tables. I was walking there and back to find a clean table. - The height of armchair not adjusted to desk, so working on computer few hours was rather uncomfortable. In my opinion there shall be computer chair at the desk rather than armchair.

Jordan who helped us with check in was incredibly flexible and hugely helpful. He set the tone for our stay and the helpfulness and care taken by all members of staff mirrored his attention to detail and care for us, the customers.

There was some noise from the construction work across the road but this is nearly finished and should not be an issue much longer.

The room is gigantic which is a big plus. The location can't be better it is really close from the temple of heaven and the Tiananmen square which makes it ideal for tourism purposes.

The breakfast was a big down this time, it seems that they were not ready for that many people and everything was running out within minutes. Few people in charge of too many things, we needed to wait for 15 minutes when we wanted something because it was either finished or there was nobody serving it. I get that it is complicated to deal with that many people but paying as much as you pay you'd expect not having this kind of problem.
