This Apartment ist just amazing. It has lots of space in different rooms with modern equipment. Kitchen is equipped with everything which somebody could need. Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing machine... everything's just perfect. The owner Leonel is a perfect host, who takes care about all wishes and requirements the guests might have. Thanks again Leonel for your phantistic side trip recommentations, as well for the excellent hint regarding car rental possibility. We will come back again to your Apartment for sure! Simple answer: Nothing, which could have been better...

This was a really lovely place to stay for a week with my family. It was well-located, close to both the shops and the port/marina. La Vie shopping centre is 5 minutes down the road. There is a supermarket on the bottom floor, near the food court, in case you are looking for one! The port is just a few minutes further on, and (for any Ronaldo fans) CR7 is a stone’s throw really! Our host, Leonel, recommended BeerHouse, which has a prime position on the port – great food and beer. Leonel was super helpful and was always on hand for a bit of advice if we needed it. He sent us recommendations of places to visit via WhatsApp, which was really useful as we were first-time visitors to Madeira (we will return!). The apartment is beautiful. It is very modern and amazingly spacious, with beautiful wooden floors and the tallest wooden doors. It is situated next to the Four Views Baia Hotel and the complex has lovely gardens and both an outside and indoor pool. There is a sauna and steam room (which we didn’t use). The apartment is really well-equipped and spotlessly clean (with loads of towels – which is always nice!). We were able to park underneath the complex at no extra cost. We just had a lovely week: what more can I say?!?

The apartment is well-situated for the lovely city of Funchal. It is about a fifteen minute walk downhill into the centre of the town and is a little steep coming home. However one can always get a taxi back up, if necessary. We found the accommodation to be exceptionally spacious for just two, but would be very good also for a family of four. The furnishings, fittings and appliances were of high quality and Leonel, our host, was kindness itself. He checked on us regularly and nothing was too much trouble for him. We felt that we were in safe hands. We hired a car for three days and drove around the island, which is very mountainous and extremely beautiful. The roads can be very windy in places but there is also the choice to cut through the mountains, using the many tunnels that have been built over the years and which have not detracted from the loveliness of the island.

Leonel (the owner) was amazingly helpful and considerate. Great guy! Fabulous location, loads of space, a private garden and use of the spa and pool. Perfect for our short break.

The opening time of the gym Internet in the morning is not working well

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It was extremely quiet at night and it got the sun on the large balcony all day. You could use both showers at the same time plenty of hot water. All the appliances were perfect and the beds extremely comfortable. Lots of restaurants 10 min walk away or you could get a taxi without any problems. Outdoor pool and gym were both open and quiet. Would recommend this apartment. Lots of space and very modern. No issues with Wi-Fi or parking. Host always available and very helpful.

Air conditioning was broken in the whole building but not the apartments fault.

Great location and a larger than average apartment. Great for 4 adults, giving plenty of room for us. Very clean and well appointed. Friendly welcome from Leonel, who was very helpful showing us around the apartment, arranging taxis and suggesting a great place to view the New Years fireworks. Would highly recommend.

We enjoied very much our stay. Leonel is a very nice and helpfull host. The appartment are very comfortable and located in a nice and relaxing area. We will for sure recommend this apartment to freinds and family !!

Location: walking distance to Funchal. Apartment: spacious, modern and quiet.
