Limpeza precária, quarto cheio de baratas pequenas, cheiro de mofo...tinha baratas no travesseiro. Cheiro de esgoto no banheiro. Travesseiros com odor de suor. Lençóis manchados.

Noisy room

Breakfast was ok.

My first impression was that I didn’t find the employees very helpful. When we parked in front of the hotel and took our bags out of the car, the bellman asked “do you want help bringing those into the hotel?” I knew that there wasn’t a chance that he'd be bringing my bags up to the room, and I was right. Later, when coming back to the hotel after dinner, we greeted the desk clerk with a “good evening”, but he couldn't be bothered to reply—I guess we disturbed his nap. The hotel elevator had an overwhelming odor of mold, probably from guests using the elevator directly after the swimming pool. Our room was not much better: there were no hangers in what passed for a closet and the bathroom was very small and uncomfortable. The bed had only 2 of the flimsiest pillows I've seen in a long while. We called the front desk to see if they could send up 2 more. We waited for a while, but finally gave up and went out. When we returned, we called the front desk again, and with a new shift on duty, it was an easy task (as it should've been the first time we asked). The bed was so uncomfortable that I hardly slept at all. I have never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have a room safe, until I stayed here.

I paid for a room with AN OCEAN VIEW AND THEY SAID NO - SO I LOOKED AT THE POOL AND THE INTERNET WAS OFF AND ON AND FOR THE DAYS I STAYED I USED HALF MY DATA FIR THR MONTH

The Internet did not work. You connect ok but you only get the Internet a short time and then it fails. If you use the Internet, like most of us do these days, then stay, somewhere with a reliable service. Also only one properly accessible PowerPoint to charge devices.

The hotel started construction work next to my room at 9am and would only relocate me to a quieter one after I argued with them for 30 minutes.

Excellent room. Gentle attendants. Great location. I´ll probably come back to this hotel.

The breakfast was a bit of a downside. Lack of dishes sometimes. Not too many juice options.

Poor selection of channels on TV. Noisy surroundings (north wing apartments). Breakfast can be improved (scrambled eggs were overdone everyday).
