I had to change rooms 3 rooms, the front desk promised a Hyatt rewards account with points and they never assigned them

Room, the beds super comfy, fresh and clean. Nice bathroom and shower.

Breakfast buffet was lousy, barely had attractive options. Expected more from it. Also, my coworker and I had to meet with some clients at the hotel, when we did the hotel staff said we couldn’t do it unless we consumed beverages or ordered some food, even though we were guests.

They end up charging me more for the room and also they charged for parking space which I never read about it in your page.

It was clean small and to the point it was perfect for my daughter, my mom, my husband and I. The room cleaners always left the room so perfect and clean (even though you think you leave it clean) they make it better! It’s a 7 minute walk to the beach (even tho u can’t swim at that beach) still to take a stroll or lay in the sand it was perfect. Super close to supermarkets and a little plaza that had El comer.

Most times there was no towels at the pool but as soon as you asked for them they would bring some out. I feel they were under staffed during busy times and fully staffed during non busy times lol.

The staff was amazing. The view was also excellent.

The room had an old hair bobble with hair in the bathroom, the pool area is not nice at all, the breakfast is dreadful & it is so dated. It is not worth the money at all.

We were staying for only one night before our flight home. Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was ready and they let us check in early. We also had our new puppy with us and the hotel was very accommodating.

Not many touristic info, besides the concierge service there wants to sell packages. No beach chairs/umbrella close by to rent.

This was a very clean, comfortable, conveniently located hotel. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and friendly 🙂 Beds were great as well.

The room was worn out in spots! not really updated.

Included breakfast was OK. Nothing special, but did the trick. Pool was very warm, probably from the sun although it is not in the sun a lot. Rooms good, no balcony, but a/c worked well and quiet.

Good location. An easy Uber ride into downtown. Easy walk down to the beach. We had a late lunch there and the food was excellent. Server was particularly helpful even though we came in very late and the restaurant was empty. We really appreciated getting some terrific food before we left for the airport.

we didn't have any kleenex in our room - the box was empty. That's about it. All was great.
