Locatie foarte aproape de Castel. Personal ospitalier, mic dejun ok si variat. Curatenie foarte ok. Nota 10 pentru parcarea subterana. Dar cu remarca ca este foarte mica.

Like so often, the staff saves the day. They were very forthcoming and helpul and even put two of us in a better room. The breakfast was pretty much OK and featured some attempt at local goodies as well. Underground parking facilities were a nice addition. Rooms were clean, but rather small, and this is no complaint - we knew about the size that beforehead.

Maybe I am becoming more demanding with age, but come on: no kettle? No spare outlets? No soap stand in the shower? No clear indications of parking facilities?

The hotel looks very good, breakfast was good.

i reserved a room for 3 persons, the 3rd bed was a broken sofa bed and i barely could sleep on it!

The staff are wonderful. Literally nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping was prompt & efficient. The room was more than adequate. The breakfast buffet was generous and of good quality. Pool is great size and well maintained. There are some nice restaurants near the property..

Some primitive Romanian fellow guests who really belonged in a zoo rather than a hotel.

Very good breakfast. Very good location. Very clean pool and friendly staff. The apartment had bathrobes and slippers, sufficient and clean towels.

Very few parking spaces for the size of the hotel, about 20 underground spaces and the rest in front of the hotel for a fee and not too cheap. The bed in the living room after you extended it was in waves and you could only sleep on it tightly. The table in the living room was probably broken by other customers who were more careless with the objects. Toilet paper had to be requested. Shower gels were insufficient.

Location, room, food and staff. Was the 2nd year here, I truly recommend!:) Breakfast was varied; Close to the sea;

Even if we put the Signage for cleaning the room twice, only the second day was done.

Reception Staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially after our bad luck getting a bus to Varna, they called various taxi companies to confirm prices for us. Thank you.

This hotel was one of the more expensive options we had, hence expectations were up. Breakfast was ok, but not great. Coffee was out of a machine and tasted like instant coffee. We only had one bed cover in the room, which hardly fit us both. Pool was next to a car park (not something I'm too bothered about, but thinking about value for money and expectations - for that price one expects more.) Public transport is not great in the area, we tried to get to Varna and we were advised that there is a close bus stop which will have some service (but not sure when) - We waited for nearly 2h. There was no bus. Hence if you like to travel to Varna, make sure you get to the bus station and don't use the stop close to the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and nice. The breakfast was rich and delicious

It was a bit further from the beach, but still there is a convenient route to get there. However, it's very nearby the castle and the area is quite calm, which I enjoyed.

Liked the rooms and the staff.

The coffee was awful, both paid at the bar and breakfast served one.

No internet in the room. Pillows smells as smoke, not as clean as it used to be.

The hotel met my expectations, it was clean, the staff was friendly, the furniture seemed to be new.

When we checked out I didn’t like the fact that we have been asked to pay an additional fee of 20 leva for our pet. This was not mentioned anywhere (booking, reception). Not sure why the hotel is categorized as pet friendly when they extra charge you.

Breakfast was ok eggs runny spa fine but when asked about an evening meal to pay later the receptionist said would check and let me know but when came down at 7 as time mentioned for evening meal he said saorry they were not doing them and would let me know about tomorrow which he did not I was lucky to find a restaraunt open not too far away as did not have a car

they upgraded our room due to availability, I liked the gym very well equipped for weight training, car parking underground.

TV was very small, not smart, breakfast limited, coffee was horrible, basic cardio machines in gym.

Really nice room. Great facilities and also a pretty nice gym. Having an underground parking spot with access from the hotel is something really useful. Great value for money.

The food. It can be better without going too fancy. More vegetarian dishes would be nice.
