Room was clean and warm. Beds were comfortable. Check in process to get the key from the machine was simple.

I booked late and arrived late at night around 23:00. The code in my email didn't work so I couldn't open the door. I tried calling the number on the door and no one replied for 10 minutes. No one answered when I rang the buzzer either. The only reason I was able to access the hotel and check in to my room was because another guest went out for a smoke. Not super happy about that part of the stay.

There is no personal in the hotell during check-in. And during the morning was just one person during breakfast. The room was pretty basic and with low quality materials.

Excellent breakfast, nice and quiet, very nice and service minded staff, very clean.

There was no AC. I would have also liked there to be more than candy and crips in the vending machine. I was tired and hungry when I arrived and there was nothing that would serve as a snack.

Hotel is near to the road. Near shops and eating places. Room was nice, only bed for children was very noisy. Nice that in room was refrigirator and mini kitchen with plates and glases.

A big plus for the cleaning ladies / staff in present. If they one day ask a raise in their salary, you should accept it and just keep them. A big thanks for them anyway. The best would be of course if you could forward my thanks to them, so that they can feel being proud what they are doing.

I liked the quietness, cleanness and the staff members are so amazing. I discovered that most of them are from Syria and I was living in Syria and I love the Syrian people generally.

I didn’t like the drinks, most of the drinks such as, yoghurts and juice were expired. Pls kindly take care and control of the expiry dates. Thanks
