Location was excellent,

Not enough staff, system so slow on check-in, they can't manage properly if overcrowded, I booked the good superior category room upper than the standard, they shifted me in 1151 so noisy room , then many times called them and staff came and visited they said if we shut the motor , motor lid was broken so made a very loud noise , then he called to manager to change room , but they moved me after 7 hours .

old furniture. used old pillows. cleaning not done at all. very bad infrastructure

Do not waste your money here. very unprofessional staff clearly treat foreigners better if they know you are pakistani they will be very cheap with you. smelly rooms and terrible arrival service they expect you to run out of your car and into the hotel because they do not have good traffic management. this hotel claims to be a 5 star as an American this is a 2 star at best and 2 stars bc it looks nice on the inside. but very cheap people. i was also sick and they did not allow me to take my breakfast upstairs… that would be laughable in the united states.
