El.desayuno muy bueno, comida típica de Nicaragua. Ubicación excelente ya que está cerca del estadio solo caminamos al juego y listo

Me encantó todo, súper limpia las habitaciones, personal muy amable y están siempre dispuesto ayudarte ante cualquier inconveniente en tu estadía.

No tengo nada negativo que decir por el momento.

the room I selected wasn’t available and had to cancel the reservation to book the room at a higher rate. The staff was incompetent, the breakfast terrible.

-Location was great, ease of access and local convenience all around. Very good walking distance to local shops and places for food or other supplies. -Staff were friendly, nice and accommodating. -Continental breakfast was very good. -Checking in and out was smooth -Room was quite clean and there's very minimal to no noise that can be perceived from the surrounding rooms. -Workspace was comfortable and great to use with all the necessary connections -Great option to stay if you're looking for quick in and out and being able to move around quickly or just looking to get some rest

-There was an ice bucket in the room but no visible ice machine in the hallways or nearby, or any instructions on where to find any. It kind of defeats the purpose of having it there. -The staff could've been more active in cleaning up after guestswhen finishing their breakfast. We made due, but it's not very pleasant so sit and eat with other people's dirty dishes around. -There was only 1 set of outlets for use in the room. Not very convenient unless you plan to be at the desk. Maybe around the bed would be nice.

the bed was extremely comfortable, staff was very knowledgeable and professional

location as it is next to a shopping center and the fact the someone knocked on my door at 09:00 to collect all towels (?)
