Communiation on arrival was very bad regarding the collection of the keys for the apartment.

Clean, modern
Open plan rooms. No privacy. Good for a family but not ideal for a business group staying together. No cupboards or hooks to hang clothing.

It is located in a nice area and spacious apartment.
There were many lightbulbs not working, in the bathroom one was out and in the living area there are six light fittings of which only one worked.

Amazing location, right in the centre of Durbanville. easy check in process & the apartment was very spacious & well furnished with aircon for the hot summer days.
Only supplied one parking for a 3 bedroom apartment. while street parking in Durbanville is a bit safer than most places in Cape Town think they should provide free parking in the underground public area if there are multiple rooms.

We enjoyed a 5 night stay at Heritage Square apartments as a family and it exceeded our expectations. Very clean, modern and located in a perfect spot to move around with the Uber.
Loadshedding did not affect us, as the generator kicked in very quickly and we could continue with our activities. We are definitely going to return to Durbanville and stay at Heritage Square Apartments.
