The host is very polite, we had good communication. There are 3 bedrooms, a living room, a terrace, 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, and the coffee machine.

On the bad side, there was fungus on the walls and dampness.

Big, clean, spacious house. Incredible ocean view from terrace, convenient location. Well equiped, availability of all necessary things. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Higly recommended!

Great hosts, beautiful location. A bit dated kitchen and furniture, but functional.

Very poor wifi for all 7 days, which made navigation, communication, online TV and Internet access almost impossible. I had to go to nearby restaurants for urgent communication and maps navigation.

You definitaly need a own car to get to this location (and to explore the island ;).

Very quiet at night, from 10 to 7 - when the church bells stopped ringing. Super large terrace - both covered and open part. It was very nice to eat on it. Very nice view from the terrace - on the ocean and the surrounding hills. Lots of space in the rooms, bathrooms and in the kitchen. Convenient location - just a bit off the main road. Very comfortable mattresses. Good parking space in front of the house. The hostess was helpful, we were late with our arrival and there was no problem with that, she helped us with finding a store.

The host has no influence on it, but it is worth knowing that from 7 am to 10 pm the bells of a nearby church play short melodies every half hour. Generally clean, but some improvements in less accessible places (e.g. behind bedside tables, fridge, oven, etc.) would be welcome. In the kitchen some random equipment (e.g. sand cake baking pan) but only one semi-sharp knife, no standard small spoons, badly worn cutting boards. Smelled of damp under the kitchen sink. Not enough toilet paper, garbage bags.

Big house made of 1 kitchen, 3 bedrooms (6 + 2 beds), 2 bathrooms, 1 spacious living room, 1 lovely very big terrace and 1 BBC space. Fully equipped and very welcoming. Private parking just in front of the main door. Silent and strategic to explore the island. Very easy check in and check out. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect!

The house is in a small village 15min from Ponta Delgada away. Absolutly everything you need is in the house (washing machine, kitchen furniture,...) from the terrace you have a wonderfull view to the sea (perfect for breakfast) Lidia was really helpful and nice whenever we needed something. (e.g. when we accidentially locked us out from the house.)

The bathroom was a little bit wet, because the ventilation was to weak and the humidity at the Azores is quite high (40%)
