we loved that we stayed in an attic. it was very romantic. and even though we shared the apartment with other people it was very quiet and it felt safe. we had our own bathroom 💯

Very functional, well equipped and spacious flat. Located close to main city square and near the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very nice staff, allowed us to leave our luggage.

Overlooking a street with a bit of traffic, did not bother us though as were out most of the day. Flat was quiet during the night.

Breakfast was at 2 different places outside. They both had great coffee and the croissant/brioche that were included were delicious.

Get proximity card system for the room and rest of the building then you don’t have to carry 3 keys to get into the buildings and room.

My room was in the attic, I was not comfortable in climbing those stairs.

perfect for a short stay! very clean and amazing staff. we felt really welcomed and enjoyed the stay :) the bathroom was very good equipt. the bedroom itself was really small, not enough space for a big suitcase. up the stairs next to the bed was a "living room area" with nice interior but the heigh of that room was not high enough to stand - still charming in its own way. the location was very central but it was so quiet!

Location - Easy to get to from the station; central for visiting the sights. Lifts to upper floors (needed them as it's over 70 steps to second floor.. Receptionist/housekeeper welcoming and friendly. Bed comfortable. En-suite bathroom clean with all necessary facilities.

Not at all like a B&B as I know them. Didn't meet the owner; seemingly no communal space to chill with other guests, which is often nice when travelling alone. Room was bizarre, comprising mainly of a massive stone plinth with mattress on top. Having looked at photos on the site this seems the least attractive accommodation of the rooms shown for this property. An adult male wanting to use the toilet sitting down will have to be (i) a contortionist or (ii) wear a scrum cap to prevent doing themselves damage when they inevitably bash their head on the opposite wall. Breakfast was taken, using the voucher provided, at nearby bar/pasticceria. A rather spartan offering included only a small cappuccino and one pastry; that didn't set me up for the day.

Location is good, close to the center. Personel were kind and helpful. Gave good recommendations. The rooms were clean. All in order to have a pleasant stay.

The accommodation was full of character and well located in the old town. There were loads of restaurants in close proximity. Matteo, the agent dealing with the property was particularly helpful and was there when we arrived.

The only issue was a flaky Internet connection. We had no other concerns.

Central locality

Street noise, all through the night. Very basic uncomfortable beds.

I loved the location, you're close to a lot of major historical locations and buildings you'll likely want to visit. There are also restsurants and cafés nearby(you have a café and a restaurant literally when you step out on the street). The host was great, she gave us tips on how to get around using buses and trains, and she gave us a map with recommended restaurants, cafés,gelato places and monuments that are worth visiting. All the places from her map that we managed to visit were worth going to. The place was clean, we were provided with clean towels, sheets, blankets, shower gel, and a hair dryer. There was also hot water whenever we wanted to take a shower.

Sunday breakfast was of poor quality and a bit of a trek to the office, due to neither cafe being open. . Sound insulation was not good - noises from apartment next door but far worse was the noise from the upstairs.

Our suite got cancelled on our day of arrival (2 hours notice) the single room was cramped and sub par- we were given a refund for the difference but the payment was less then the difference of the prices advertised.

The breakfast was disappointing, with only bread and some butter and jam. The AC of the big room only reached the "living room" and not the sleeping room, we had to move the mattress to have AC. And the AC was extremely nosy.

The room was small, but nice and cosy on top floor in a historical type of a building. The city centre is in a walking distance. Check-in and out was easy.

Perhaps more choice for breakfast in the local cafe.

The location was perfect. I had a late flight and an early start the following day. Being walking distance from the train station, it made my life easier. It is in the heart of the Bologna city centre. Perfect for a short visit.

The apartment was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of space. The host was responsive and helped us find what we needed.

The air conditioner did not cool the room very well.

We spent one night in Bologna. The property was located between the central station and the city center, both reachable on foot. The room was clean and equipped with AC. I appreciated the nightstand lamps with integrated USB chargers. The check-in and -out was fast and unproblematic.
