The cottage is beautifully set out, very comfortable and in a lovely location. Lorraine our host is very friendly and surprised us with delicious home baked treats. Horses and alpacas roam the field behind the cottage and come up to the fence to greet us when we go outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay and would love to come back.

The cottage was beautiful and cosy, the breakfast was fantastic, the hosts had thought of everything. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend, we will definitely come back again.

We had a lovely peaceful stay in Ivy Cottage. Lorraine was very hospitable and left us very tasty treats and plenty of food. The views from the house also made it more pleasurable.

From the time I booked, and during our stay, communication with the host (Lorraine & Tom) was easy & prompt. My husband and I stayed in the 1 bedroom Dairy Cottage. This is a very nicely proportioned and outfitted stand alone cottage, set in a quiet and relaxing location just a few minutes drive from the centre of Grafton. The bed was comfy; the breakfast supplies were ample; the wi-fi very good; parking for the car was undercover. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances & equipment to make better that the average short stay meal, and the outdoor BBQ was also great. Somewhat unusual for cottages/apartments, there were reverse cycle aircon units in both the lounge area and also the bedroom - which is made it very pleasant sleeping at night as we struck a bit of a heatwave whilst we were there. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it highly.
