The building is run down. The room was dull, cold and there were chips in the wall and scratches on the headboard of the bed. The air conditioner was dirty and didn't work. The man brought is a strip heater! Its 2024!! The carpark was dirty and dingey and despite saying it was secure, there was a sign that said: " Park at your own risk" Go figure. The whole experience was sub-standard. We left and went elsewhere after telling the manager of our concerns. He said "oh that's no good" and that was it. We are not hard markers and rarely complain but it was poor, and we sacrificed of $160 walking away. It was nothing like the photos suggested so be careful. Found another lovely property in town for the night.

Toilet seat broken and falling off, toilet water continuously running causing annoying sound, very noisy doors banging closed throughout the night waking us up throughoutthe night. What seemed to be call girls working from rooms hence the night time noise and hallway traffic. Just an assumption. Emailed management regarding complaints and was informed that they had fixed the toilet seat??.

property lacked cleaning outside of the rooms the hallway looked tired and in need of a clean and repaint

The car park downstairs was very dirty. The floor of the carport was so dirty we wouldn’t put our bags or anything down. It’s unacceptable. Then of course the dirt is on our shoes which we then walk inside the accomodation. It would be a simple method to clean it up.

This was our second time staying in a different room and the bed was horribly uncomfortable again. Because of this we will not stay here again

Staff were very friendly. The cleaning staff were AMAZING ! Amazing customer service. The room was exceptionally MASSIVE and the beds were very comfortable. The shower, OMG the shower was AMAZING !! Very strong ! The rooms were clean and had air con and heating and a fan. Love that they had a swimming pool & the cleaners done their job exceptionally well every time we asked for new towels, rusbbish, etc. Staff at the front were friendly and always attended to our needs, esp my sons.
The pool was abit dirty around the edges but the water seemed clean. Getting into and out of the pool was abit dangerous, it was very high but they had pre warning signs every where to watch your head. Also, would have loved to atleast have a sink in the room to wash cutlery and plates and refill the kettle, we had to use the bathroom sink for all of that.
