The location is good. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

There seems to be some insects in the room. I got bitten by some insect in my sleep and just before checkout I came across a big cockroach in the room. I has asked about spa availability which wasn’t confirmed or cancelled. That could’ve been properly communicated.

The staffs are not cooperative at all, they have arranged one room (Room-808) for short time for our 8-family people with child's out of my three confirmed rooms, but when we moved to the room (Room-808) we were not able to access using the key as they have provided, after that one of hotels staff tried to open the door using lot of keys then we see one of honorable guest were in sleep. After that we moved to the lobby with all family members with child's again, then they have allocated room 508 for all members and then we got another room 507 (20-30 minutes later) and last room 407 they have provided us 2 hours later. I have requested for drinking water on 2'nd night during my stay, but they didn't serve after confirmation by hotel staff.

I have not received the Invoice copy by email yet, the room was very small and congested. Break fast was not good.

The view from the room was beautiful & the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop bar/restaurant area is really nice, great view.

The Room Service Dessert menu is very limited, 3 options and 2 were not available. The gym is very small and the airconditioning is poor.

Breakfast was not good for the price. Menu is not diversified.

The view from the room - the sea with the rail tracks and Marine drive running alongside - was amazing. The rooftop bar/restaurant also was excellent - food was great, staff were very nice and it has a great view of the sea on one side and Colombo city on the other.

Front desk is severely understaffed and undertrained. They do not know how to manage a queue, and so checking in/out was quite frustrating. Room had cockroaches and lacked simple utilities like a place to keep your luggage, etc. Closet was inside the bathroom, which was not very convenient. Breakfast buffet was not that appealing, especially for the price.

Staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was okay with a selection of local and international food. Hotel location was good.

Room was fairly clean but very tired looking, in much need of refurbishment. Rooftop pool was tiny and surrounded by the bar area, would not use it. Room expensive for the price.

there was NO hot water. was just lukewarm. only one towel and one glass for some reason. room was marked as non-smoking but you could smell someone smoked inside the minute you walk in. wifi connection is quite slow

bad house keeping and slow staff . they took 2 hours for a towel, what’s worse was that they didn’t even replenish the toiletries. Towels were in bad shape too.
