Location, facilities, everyday clean room, room service was excellent, in hotel restaurant was great, boutique had good collection… view from swimming pool was amazing, incredible sunsets

Ac noisy, but if given a chance would choose this hotel again

Great location just off the main strip. It’s the perfect balance of right in the action but off the beating track. With a stunning roof top pool overlooking the Patong beach, it makes for a fantastic evening lounging and people watching from afar

This property is slightly wheelchair unfriendly. The roof top pool isn’t accessible via elevator. However, there are rooms that are accessible by wheelchair. However, check this with the hotel in advance incase there are other options available.

It was a perfect walking distance for us from Central Patong There is a 7/11 and ATM about 3min walk down the rd and of course the beach across from the hotel We had a room with a private pool so it was perfect for just the two of us as the hotel pool (rooftop) can get crowded and also has no sunshades. There is also a gym at the rooftop but we didn’t use this We had breakfast included which was A La Carte - we tried all of the menu during our stay and it was fairly decent. There are plenty of other cafes around if you wanted something else We also used the Laundry Service which was supposed to be a next day pick up but they did super quick and just in one day for 450 BAHT. (It’s 50BAHT per kilo or 100BAHT per kilo & ironed)

The staff was very kind and helpful, helped us when a motorbike renting company tried to scam us. The food in the restaurants is ok

The hotel is not so satisfying, hot water in the shower only sometimes, the food is ok, the gym is poor

Excellent location.

The rooms were really small & old, the bathroom had water outlet problems & there is no buffet system for the breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff could have being better trained or prepared to deal with tourists .

The showering area is small, you can’t close the curtains because it will get too tight.

The outside of the hotel and the lobby look really nice and modern. Hotel is far away enough from the Walking Street, to get some sleep.

The matresses are really firm, too firm for our taste. It can be diffucult to communicate with reception, since not all staff speaks English. Water on shower is nice and warm, but has low pressure. Our room was on the top floor and we heard a strange noise 24/7. We think it might have been the pool installation. Eventhough it is nice to not be in the loud area, this hotel was a bit to far of a walk for our taste.

Nice small Hotel with good swimming pool, we had a number with big bath and view to the see.

Noise from the Street. If you are staying longer, you would probably would like to get other menu for breakfast, but it taste good (except coffee)

The location was good. All the day staff were helpful and very nice. The breakfast was average but there was lots of it. The view was gorgeous but came with a minus.

Our main issue was the noise levels, firstly the rooms with the view are on a main road and unfortunately the windows are not insulated enough and the tuk tuks love loud music and very loud engines. There was an incident one of the nights where a drunk lady was screaming, crying and kicking the door in her room and in the hallways due to a fight with her boyfriend. We were unfortunate enough to have the room connected to hers so could hear the entire ordeal starting from 12 am till about 5 am. It woke the entire floor up. When we went down to report it to the desk there was no real action other than to put her in a different room with her friends . However she kept going back to her own room and repeating the above which led to confrontation between guests and her and her friends. When I went down a second time I was told it was all fine and she was asleep even though I was telling the receptionist she was not. We understand that this was not ultimately the hotels fault but we don't feel it was handled incorrectly to support all guests staying at this hotel. The cleanliness of the place if not that good the swimming pool had insects, the bedroom and bathroom had a weird smell. Unfortunately I don't like to leave a bad review but I would not return to this property as it was not a nice stay and was not value for the money we paid.

It's at the quiet end of Patong beach which gives you the needed calm. Has a nice bistro ans restaurant on the ground floor ans taxi available right outside and a bike rental shop 20 meters away. Helpful reception staff.

The way the bath room blinds are arranged, they need to think of something more clever that can possibly start from the floor and moves upwards.

Nice room and location is so good. 10-15 minutes from loud central streets so it’s really quiet there. a lot of cafés nearby.

Everything was perfection. Location is a plus point. Hotel is very clean, staff is cooperative.
