We can’t ask for anything else. The location was perfect for my team and we were able to rest properly prior to our work event. The view from the bedrooms were amazing and the place was squeaky clean. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely book the place again in the future.

During our stay, we were initially given an apartment with a single bed in one of the rooms, rather than the double bed we had booked. However, when we brought this to the attention of the reception desk, the issue was resolved promptly and efficiently by a staff member. The hotel's location was particularly convenient, with the Corvin shopping mall situated directly across the street and a wide selection of restaurants in close proximity. Additionally, the nearby metro, bus, and tram line stations made it easy to explore other areas of the city. Overall, despite the initial issue with our room, we were pleased with our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

We made a request to the reception desk for additional kitchen utensils, bed linens, and pillows during our stay. Although we were informed that the items would be delivered to our room within one or two hours, they unfortunately never arrived. While we did not find this to be a major inconvenience and did not pursue the matter further, it is worth noting that guests may need to follow up with hotel staff to ensure that their requests are fulfilled.

It is not only room, it is a small flat. Clean and full furnished oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Location is far from city center but the location called as Corvin has shopping mall, markets, cafe, restaurant, bar etc. And trams or buses are easy to go city center. So location is acceptable.

Check in time is too late. It is not efficient if you stay short term. Reception is in the another place. It wasn’t easy to find. But is intermittent situation as we were informed.

The water was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom so it was not so good to stay in this appartmant , maybe is a local probleme but our night was not satisfied Thanks

The location is very good, you have everything around you. The room was warm (you can regulate temperature by yourself). The building and the apartment is very modern. You also have ironing board and iron (I really needed it and was glad to find it))

Wish to have more things in bathroom (shampoo, cream) and would be nice to have at least one bottle of water, salt and sugar))

Large and comfortable apartment. Large, beautiful balcony. Right next to it is a large shopping center where you have everything.

The apartment was not clean, there was dust everywhere. It said that the building has a parking lot. But when we arrived, when we asked where it was, the receptionist said, you have a public garage under the center, 1 euro, 1 hour, which automatically changes the price of the apartment. Recommendation to hosts that they must write it down clearly.

Management of apartments - when we come, they needed to see which apartment is free to prepare for us, it was not advance prepared, and we check with staff 2 apartments. There is nothing in kitchen, just plates, pots, cutlery, glasses, and one old water heater. For everything else, if you want you need to buy salt/peper, a cleaning sponge... Very narrow private parking... watch about height are you coming with van. Wi-fi did not work!

The reception is not in the same building.. The temperature in the studio was low and reached 20⁰C after about 12 hours. Although the reservation was guaranteed with a card verified by Booking, we were asked for a €100 cash guarantee or to give the 16 number of a card and the validity dates.... The reception opens at 10 o'clock, so if you want to leave earlier you lose the guarantee.

It was hot inside the appartment. We had towels and dishes soap in the kitchen and towels and liquid soap in the bathroom. We could cook breakfast in the appartment.

The appartments were in two different buildings. We travelled in group and I specified when I made the booking that I wanted the appartments to be close to one another. The parking spot was in a different building than the appartment. We had to pay 15 euro per 24 hours to park there, but when I made the booking it wasn't written anywhere that you have to pay for the parking spot. The sofa in the living room that was supposed to be the third bed was small and uncomfortable to sleep on. There was only one blanket in the living room instead of two. The sink in the kitchen had a leakage.
