Supernettes Personal, da die Plätze in der Bar nach dem traumhaften Voces8 Konzert allle besetzt waren und wir gern noch einen netten Ausklang wünschten, hat uns die Dame an der Rezeption sofort den Frühstücksraum angeboten, obwohl dort schon für das Frühstück eingedeckt war, so einen Service würde man sich immer wünschen! Danke nochmals, der Abend fand dann doch noch einen würdigen Abschluss.

Room was good, with a desk to work from. Hotel relatively well situated with a relatively short flat walk from the station.
The one big negative was the difficulty of gaining access. sending the access details just before the arrivaltime is useless if you don't have wifi access to receive the information. Abetter system is needed.

Nice room and staff. Only had breakfast at the weekend but it was fine.
The shower couldn't be turned from hot to cold so sometimes it was scalding. Told the lady at reception and she said they would fix it. Also, the bar was closed when we came home at around 9.45 p.m. on the Saturday evening so the only place we could sit with our colleagues was outside as all the indoor seating downstairs was inaccessible. Not good for a business trip or any other trip for that matter.

The hotel was fairly close to the railway station so it wasn't far to carry our bags.
The room was on the ground floor with the window right next to the road junction which meant after about 05:30 sleep was impossible.
There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff is SUPER friendly both at the front desk as well as in the breakfast area! The breakfast was fantastic and they provided really tasty scrambled eggs on request. I was also so grateful to the cleaning staff. I left for my day in a hurry one morning so I had everything tossed about in my room. When I got back, everything was completely organized and cleaned up! I was so surprised that someone actually took the time and care to do this :) Oh, and on the days we were there, there was a random firework show in the town that we were able to watch on the back patio. It was a real treat!
I have no complaints. I 100% enjoyed my stay and would visit here again. In fact I already have a family trip planned and staying at Hotel Nordhausen is in our plans.

Close to the railway station.
I find it absurd that a night in this hotel costs 70 euros. Breakfast has very limited selection and the hotel pizzas are frozen pizzas. My room was nothing like in the photo. Because it was a room for 1 person (and 1 bed), it had a long corridor, a tiny bathroom with the light switch on the wrong side of the door. Heater made lots of noise during the night. The walls were like paper so I could hear my neighbours very clearly.
