True to its name. It is serene and quiet. Stunning with good snorkeling and pristine beaches. Great service from Patti, Sammy and the team. Delicious food served everyday by Mate and Sioni.

Beautiful rustic location. We really enjoyed the ambience of the place and friendly staff. It was also great to detach for a while. Very limited wifi, solar showers and lanterns all added to the ambience. The whale watching experience was fantastic. Thank you to Patti and all the staff.

Patti was amazing. From greeting us upon arrival, to sorting a dispute over the phone chargers with another guest, she was always approachable and helpful. Due to the windy conditions on one day while we were out on the boat, we were unable to swim with the whales. Patti offered a generous discount. Special mention to Jack, our guide on the last day, whose knowledge and experience was invaluable. The kitchen staff cooked wonderful meals. Our room was quiet and peaceful.

We felt that the guide we had on the first day should have reported to Patti that we were unable to swim with the whales, due to the windy conditions. Our party of four paid a large amount of money ( $US 800) for this experience and were disappointed. After I spoke to Patti, we were given a compensation. Also, some snacks ( apart from bananas) would have been appreciated between meals. Would have been happy to pay for muesli bars, chips etc.

The staff were all amazing. Sia in particular was incredibly helpful even helping to call the local airline to arrange alternative flights after ours was cancelled last minute. Everybody worked tirelessly and with a huge smile on their faces. The whale guides were also equally incredible guiding us on multiple successful whale swimming experiences! The beautiful accommodating staff. The serenity, the crystal clear ocean. The opportunity to swim with the whales 🐳. The respect by the guide and skipper of the boat, for the whales. It’s the perfect place to totally relax and enjoy mother’s nature.

Perhaps updating the basin n tap facilities in the bathroom.

Staff were incredibly friendly, and the island was so beautiful.

Nothing, everything was amazing

This is a nature retreat, living in a basic hut with no electricity (portable lanterns for light at night) and no hot water on tap (outside shower under a solar-heated water bag).... we loved it! The owner and staff are wonderful and do everything they can to make your stay special. Enjoy getting back to basics on an island with crystal clear waters, just chilling, yoga, walking, swimming, whale watching, whale swimming (amazing!!!), snorkelling, kayaking and SUPing with hardly anyone else around. The meals provided were fresh and healthy, varied and not a preservative in sight.

Our hut/fele needed some maintenance to make it more weather-proof when the weather turned, but the staff attended to this straight away. The shower bag flowing at a trickle with at-times barely warm water, was hard to get used to.
